TERMS
50% deposit and receipt of all COM and approvals required to begin production; balance in full including freight due prior to shipment.
PRICING
All prices are net wholesale to the trade, F.O.B. Dallas, TX. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges which will be reflected on all invoices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices with your local Link Outdoor sales representative. A valid resale certificate must be provided or sales tax will apply.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
As with all shipments, it is the receiver’s responsibility to inspect the furniture and ensure proper storage. No claims will be accepted 30 days after shipping. Link Outdoor Furniture is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of delivery. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Link does not warranty finishes, as teak with an applied finish must be maintained and teak without finishes will weather and change in appearance over time. Link Outdoor is not responsible for maintenance of furniture. Some cracking may occur in teak furniture which is natural and does not indicate structural damage.
RETURNS
All cancellations or returns must be authorized by Link Outdoor and may be subject to a restocking fee or forfeiture of deposit.

PRICING

RESERVES
All reserves shall be accepted based upon:
1) The order in which they are placed and
2) Availability of goods. Reserves may be placed for ten working days, after which time they will automatically expire without notice.
MINIMUMS
Link Outdoor has a 2 yard minimum on all fabrics, with ½ yard increments after. A $25 cut fee applies for orders less than 2 yards.
CUTTINGS FOR APPROVAL
All of our outdoor/indoor performance fabrics contain solution-dyed fibers. The inherent properties of these fibers make the color consistent and fade-resistant. Cuttings for approval (CFA's) are not required for our textile products and will only be sent when requested.
WARRANTY & CLAIMS
Link Outdoor offers a three-year fade resistant guarantee on all fabrics from the date of purchase. All fabrics are woven with the highest quality solution dyed yarns. The warranty does not cover color loss from fabric deterioration caused by normal wear and tear, stains from environmental pollution, negligence or weather soiling. Link fabrics are offered with a soil resistant finish, they are not stain proof. The warranty is limited to fabric replacement and does not cover labor costs or replacement of materials. Any processing by a third party voids the warranty.
Examine all merchandise for correct color, quantity, and any irregularities before marking, cutting, and/or processing. No claims or returns allowed once a fabric has been marked, cut, or treated.
All claims must be filed within 30 days from the invoice date. Claims for labor charges will not be considered under any circumstances. Merchandise will not be accepted for credit once it has undergone processing such as flameproofing, water repellency, stain resistance, backing, etc. All returns must be authorized by management. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. A 25% service charge will be placed on all returns unless otherwise exempted by management.

Link rugs are not meant to be left outdoors permanently.
Any processing by a third-party will void the warranty.
This warranty protects against Link Outdoor rugs becoming unserviceable due to fading from normal usage and exposure conditions, including sunlight, mildew, and atmospheric chemicals. This warranty does not cover normal care and cleaning, damage from misuse. The original yarn supplier reserves the right to inspect the Rug submitted for claim. Consumers and end-users should contact Link directly with any warranty claims.

WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
LINK Lighting is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of delivery. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. The warranty only covers dry usage and is void if LINK Lighting has been stored, mounted, or misused, altered, or treated with inappropriate cleaners. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, or damages caused by bumps or accidents.
The warranty covers material and production defects defined as physical faults and defects from the date the product was delivered to the customers designated delivery address. LINK does not warranty teak finishes, as teak finishes must be maintained and teak without finishes will weather and change in appearance over time. Some cracking may occur in teak which is natural and does not indicate structural damage. LINK is not responsible for maintenance of the customers lighting. The original invoice must be presented as proof of the purchase.
If claiming a defect, the Customer must provide physical documentation in form of digital images or similar clearly explaining the defect and how it occurred. All claims must be filed within 30 days from invoice date.
RETURNS
