50% deposit and receipt of all COM and approvals required to begin production; balance in full including freight due prior to shipment.
All prices are net wholesale to the trade, F.O.B. Dallas, TX. Customer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance charges which will be reflected on all invoices. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please confirm prices with your local Link Outdoor sales representative. A valid resale certificate must be provided or sales tax will apply.
WARRANTY AND CLAIMS
Link Outdoor Furniture is warranted against defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of delivery. Defective items may be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Link does not warranty finishes, as teak with an applied finish must be maintained and teak without finishes will weather and change in appearance over time. Link Outdoor is not responsible for maintenance of furniture. Some cracking may occur in teak furniture which is natural and does not indicate structural damage.
All cancellations or returns must be authorized by Link Outdoor and may be subject to a restocking fee or forfeiture of deposit.
FABRIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment including shipping costs due prior to delivery.

Orders ship via FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified.
All reserves shall be accepted based upon:
1) The order in which they are placed and
2) Availability of goods. Reserves may be placed for ten working days, after which time they will automatically expire without notice.
Link Outdoor has a 2 yard minimum on all fabrics, with ½ yard increments after. A $25 cut fee applies for orders less than 2 yards.
CUTTINGS FOR APPROVAL
CFAs are recommended before authorization is given to ship. Shipped fabrics may deviate from memo, showroom and purchase samples because of variations in dye lots, yarns, spinning lots and weavers. When a shipment is to be made directly to a workroom, please request a CFA be sent to the fabricator for identification purposes. When requesting a CFA, please state yardage requirement so that an appropriate piece may be assigned. Written approval required for all CFAs. No return of merchandise will be accepted if a CFA has been waived.
WARRANTY & CLAIMS
Link Outdoor Fabric is made exclusively with 100% solution dyed acrylic yarns and offers a three year guarantee against significant fading.
Examine all merchandise for correct color, quantity, and any irregularities before marking, cutting, and/or processing. No claims or returns allowed once a fabric has been marked, cut, or treated.
All claims must be filed within 30 days from the invoice date. Claims for labor charges will not be considered under any circumstances.
Merchandise will not be accepted for credit once it has undergone processing such as flame- proofing, water repellency, stain resistance, backing, etc. All returns must be authorized by management. No returns are accepted without prior authorization. A 25% service charge will be placed on all returns unless otherwise exempted by management.
